As an Experience ambassador you will be part of the front-of-house team that's responsible for all Customer service; from the warm welcome given to all attendees of the Saints and Stars to their farewell after class.
This includes but is not limited to:
• Servicing the change rooms' cleanliness and resetting appearance
• Studio organization and maintenance between classes
• Preparation of the towels/amenities
• Bar service; including coffee and smoothie making
• Sales of merchandise and memberships
• Informing customers of upcoming events and promotions
• Developing and maintaining customer relations
• Maintaining a 5-Star Customer service standard - Always
All tasks are rotated between the team to maintain a high standard of training and service; as well as cross-training between both Saints and Stars Venues - Oud-West & Oud-Zuid!
• Inform and advise (potential) members about all the products and services Saints & Stars offers;
• Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships with our members and colleagues;
• Deliver first-class hospitality service;
• Carry out administrative, as well as maintenance tasks;
• Ensure a clean and welcoming atmosphere throughout the club at all times;
