WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY MEMBERSHIP?

Your membership gives you unlimited access to a next-level fitness experience. Gold members get access to Sculpt, Shred, Box, Build, Booty, Yoga, Open Gym, Hyrox, and Ride across all Saints & Stars clubs. Premium unlocks everything above, plus Holy Wellness, Holy Recovery & Holy Reformer. Both memberships include access to exclusive Specialty Classes.

CAN I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP?

Yes. With a 1-year membership, you can freeze your membership for up to 28 days per year. Flex memberships can be frozen anytime.

CAN I UPGRADE LATER?

Absolutely. You can upgrade your membership anytime. Want more access, more recovery or more experiences? We’ve got you covered. Please note: if you upgrade during a promotional deal, a new membership period commitment will apply.

CAN I TRAIN AT ALL CLUBS?

Yes. Both Gold and Premium memberships give you access to all 4 Saints & Stars clubs.

HOW DO GUEST PASSES WORK?

Premium members receive 2 guest credits every month. These refresh every 4 weeks with your payment cycle. Use 1 credit to bring a friend to a regular concept class, or use both credits to bring 1 friend to a Premium concept like Wellness, Recovery or Reformer. Booking is simple through the Saints & Stars app.

DO MEMBERS GET ACCESS TO SPECIALTY CLASSES?

Yes, and they’re exclusively for members. Think Holy Sound Healing, Wellness Stretch, Sound Healing, Holy Core, Handstand Edition and more. Unique, time-limited experiences designed to push, restore and surprise you in new ways.

WHEN DOES MY MEMBERSHIP START?

Whenever you want. Want to start later? No problem. Your membership can begin whenever it suits your schedule, as long as it starts within 3 months of signing up. Just email us, we’ll take care of it.

CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

Yes. Flex memberships can be cancelled at any time with a 4-week cancellation policy after your current payment cycle. For 1-year memberships, there’s a 4-week cancellation policy. If you’d like to cancel, simply email info@saints-stars.com at least 4 weeks before the end of your membership.
