MARKETING MANAGER (Full-time)
Saints & Stars is looking for a strategic, hands-on Marketing Manager to take our brand to the next level! As our new Marketing Manager, you oversee the bigger picture and create structure, so everyone can thrive in their area of expertise – but you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves. You ask the right questions, challenge with purpose, and aren’t afraid to take ownership. Whether it’s brand positioning or campaign direction: you make bold decisions that move us forward.
You’ll be working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment where no day is the same. Agility, sharp thinking, and executional power are key. You know how to switch gears, solve problems, and turn ideas into action. At Saints & Stars, the sky isn’t the limit - it’s just the beginning. You keep raising the bar, and bring the team with you.
You’ll work closely with our Communications, Online Marketing, Social and Events specialists to turn strategy into bold campaigns - from digital activations to high-impact events that energise our community. You track progress, translate strategic goals into impactful campaigns, and make sure Saints & Stars stands out - online and offline. Because our brand deserves to shine as bright as our workouts.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A natural leader with a strong sense of structure, ownership, and direction
Someone who asks the right questions
Minimum of 4 years experience in a strategic marketing role, preferably in lifestyle, hospitality, or fitness
A deep affinity with fitness, health & movement. You know our audience because you are our audience
You thrive in a high-energy, high-expectation environment and always look for solutions
Strong analytical mindset, confident in planning, KPIs, and reporting
Strategic thinker with creative spark — you can build a concept and lead the execution
Fluent in Dutch & English
