LOOKING FOR A CHALLENGE?
As a Shift Supervisor, you are the central hub of the club and a role model to your team. In a dynamic environment, you must navigate between an ever-growing Experience Ambassador team, 20+ Star Trainers and over 140 weekly workouts.
Although your workdays are never the same (thus, no 9-to-5 mentality), the focus is to manage daily club operations, lead the teams in terms of club rules and etiquette and provide a top-notch customer experience. Oh, and don’t forget being a little crazy about sports to inspire our Tribe to keep crossing the line.
CORE TASKS
Manage day-to-day operations of the club
Supervise Experience AmbassadorsMaster and role model the 4 Experience Ambassador roles and other company standards
Actively participate in the Experience Ambassador shifts to maintain the overall customer experience
REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 2 years of management experience, within the customer service sector
Affinity with Saints & Stars and familiarity with its concepts and structure · Interest in fitness and sports
Understanding of sales and revenue management
Excellent leadership skills · Friendly, enthusiastic, and hands-on attitude
Capability to think quickly and adapt to various situations · Weekend availability
