Yes. With a 1-year membership, you can freeze your membership for up to 28 days per year. For example, if you start September 1, 2026, you have 28 'freeze days' till September 1, 2027. (Flex memberships can be frozen anytime.)

Yes. A Flex Membership can be cancelled at any time, with a 4-week notice period after your current billing cycle. For a 1-Year Membership, a 4-week notice period applies once your minimum contract term has ended. To cancel your membership, simply email info@saints-stars.com at least 4 weeks before your membership ends.

Whenever you want. Want to start later? No problem. Your membership can begin whenever it suits your schedule, as long as it starts within 3 months of signing up. Just email us, we’ll take care of it.

First, install our Saints & Stars app! Book your class in the app, choose your membership, select ‘add guest’, and you’re set. As a Premium member, you get 2 guest credits every 4 weeks! With each credit, you can bring one friend to join you in a Gold concept class, or with 2 credits, they get access to a Premium concept.
