THE PROGRAM

Expect precision coaching, brutal sessions, and moments that redefine what you think you can do. Unlimited Holy HYROX sessions fuel progress week after week, whether you train with the group or push through on your own.

This outdoor session combines repeated 1000m race-pace runs with 8-minute strength blocks designed to keep you moving under fatigue. Across 6 rounds, you’ll rotate through lunges, jack knives, push-ups, air squats, sit-ups and burpees; sustaining intensity while your heart rate stays high. It’s like a race simulation in open air. Good to know: you can drop your stuff at Oud-West; we'll meet at Vondelstraat 120.
