Yes. With a 1-year membership, you can freeze your membership for up to 28 days per year. For example, if you start September 1, 2026, you have 28 'freeze days' till September 1, 2027. (Flex memberships can be frozen anytime.)

Absolutely. You can upgrade your membership anytime. Do you want more access, more recovery or more experiences? We’ve got you covered. Please note: if you upgrade during a promotional deal, a new membership period commitment will apply.

Yes. A Flex Membership can be cancelled at any time, with a 4-week notice period after your current billing cycle. For a 1-Year Membership, a 4-week notice period applies once your minimum contract term has ended. To cancel your membership, simply email info@saints-stars.com at least 4 weeks before your membership ends.

Whenever you want. Want to start later? No problem. Your membership can begin whenever it suits your schedule, as long as it starts within 3 months of signing up. Just email us, we’ll take care of it.

First, install our Saints & Stars app! Book your class in the app, choose your membership, select ‘add guest’, and you’re set. As a Premium member, you get 2 guest credits every 4 weeks! With each credit, you can bring one friend to join you in a Gold concept class, or with 2 credits, they get access to a Premium concept. As part of this deal, new Gold members receive 5 complimentary credits and Premium members get 10 complimentary credits (valid for 8 weeks).
