Welcome to the weight room. Our athletic-based group fitness class aims to both build muscle and increase strength. Utilizing weighted performance exercises, we ensure high attention to form, muscle activation and tempo to maximize every set.

Holy BUILD

Our 50-minute body & weight workout is designed to maximize athletic performance and push you to the next level. This athletic-based group fitness class aims to both build muscle, stamina and increase strength.

BEFORE WORKOUT

Arrive 10 minutes early for your in-class rundown, complimentary towel and to introduce yourself to the trainer.

DURING WORKOUT

An athletic workout with three routines every week: upper-, lower- & full body. Daily changing workouts.

AFTER WORKOUT

Cool off with our fresh minty towels. Oh, and don’t forget to order your fresh post-workout smoothie for recovery. Pre-ordering your shake is advised.

WORKOUT GOALS & RESULTS

Building muscle while losing fat is what we promise. A constant heart rate peaks will give you a true athletic experience.
