As much a workout as a complete mindshift. Our high-intensity cardio workout utilizes all the tools of the bootcamp trade to help you slim down and buff up. Because when you throw enough fitness fanatics into a room and give them a charismatic leader – well, that’s when the magic happens.

HOLY SHRED

Our 50-minute HIIT workout is designed to burn up to 1.000 kcal and sculpt you to perfection. 6 rounds that alternate between cardio- intervals on the treadmill and weighted floor exercises. With the sole purpose of making you fitter, stronger and ready to rock the runway.

BEFORE WORKOUT

Arrive 10 minutes early for your in-class rundown, complimentary towel and trainer introduction.

DURING WORKOUT

A 50-min HIIT workout alternating between the treadmill & workstation. Three routines a week: upper-, lower- & full body. Daily changing workouts.

AFTER WORKOUT

Cool off with our fresh minty towels. Oh, and don’t forget to order your fresh post-workout smoothie for recovery. Pre-ordering is advised.

WORKOUT GOALS & RESULTS

Building muscle while losing fat is what we promise. A constant heart rate peak will burn around 1000 kcal per workout.
