I absolutely love the vibe, music and energy within and around Saints & Stars. I truly believe growth happens outside the comfort zone and after my first class at Saints, I immediately wanted to join the team and be able to push others outside their comfort zone!

What's your alter ego?
Aside from giving kick-ass workouts, I’m also working full-time as a Digital Content Strategist at Adidas, so my alter ego is without a doubt the side of me that is all about the fitness business.

What’s your guilty pleasure?
Chicken nuggets, for sure. It’s my worst guilty pleasure; however, also a great motivation to do more sprints on that treadmill!
